Physiotherapy-led exercise, rehabilitation and strength training for women

What is Clinical Exercise?

Clinical Exercise is a physiotherapy-led, exercise-based approach designed to help women return to movement, strength training and exercise safely and confidently.

Sessions are held at Elevate Gym, Warrnambool, combining movement assessment, rehabilitation and strength-based exercise in a supportive gym environment.

Sessions may include:
• Movement and strength assessment
• Exercise modification and progression
• Breath, pressure management and pelvic floor-aware cueing
• Strength and gym-based rehabilitation
• Return to exercise planning and confidence building

These appointments do not include hands-on treatment or internal examinations. If additional assessment or treatment is recommended, this will be discussed during your session.

The goal of Clinical Exercise is to help women feel stronger, more confident and supported in returning to the activities and exercise they enjoy.
