Clinical Exercise

Physiotherapy-led exercise and strength training support in a real gym environment.

Many women feel stuck between rehabilitation and returning to exercise. They may no longer need hands-on treatment but still want guidance, confidence and support as they return to movement, strength training and the activities they enjoy.

Clinical Exercise sessions bridge the gap between physiotherapy and independent exercise. Held at Elevate Gym in Warrnambool, these sessions combine movement assessment, rehabilitation and strength-based exercise in a supportive gym environment.

Whether you're returning to exercise after having a baby, managing pelvic floor symptoms during exercise, recovering from injury or simply wanting to feel more confident in the gym, Clinical Exercise can help you move forward with confidence.

Clinical Exercise may be suitable for:

✓ Returning to exercise postpartum

✓ Pelvic floor symptoms during exercise

✓ Strength training and gym confidence

✓ Injury rehabilitation

✓ Return to running

✓ Exercise support during perimenopause and menopause

✓ Ongoing support after physiotherapy treatment

✓ Women wanting individualised exercise guidance

Clinical Exercise appointments are held at Elevate Gym, Warrnambool.
